About Me
My name is Emma B-F and I am a leadership coach. After a decade of serving in leadership roles in the nonprofit and tech sectors, I know what it takes to have a seat at the table, feel confident, and BE yourself.
I provide coaching, resources, and community for women and non-binary folks in tech to accelerate their careers, increase their confidence, and step into their authentic leadership.
